Hello and welcome. Whatever brought you here, there’s a reason, and I’m so thankful.
It’s a fact that there never has been nor ever will be anyone exactly like you in the world; you’re a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. All the pieces that make up your life- your history, the people around you, your family, your experiences, and thoughts about it all – combine to make you, you.
And that’s a pretty cool thing.
So it seems only appropriate that you should embrace your uniqueness and honour it. Every part of your life can be customized to be completely you. Your home decor, what you wear, and how you think should all be totally authentic because that’s what life is!
Buy something you like and tweak it a bit with some tools or a glue gun to make it just a little more your style. Decorate your house with cool finds that make you smile every time you glance at them, using things differently than their intended purpose because you can see the potential in them. Mix old and new clothes to suit your taste, perhaps modifying them slightly, so you’ll never walk into a room where someone else is wearing the same thing as you (the dreaded #WhoWoreItBest) Most importantly, being comfortable with yourself so you have the confidence to do these things.
You deserve to have a life that reflects your completely awesome self. Not doing what you’re ‘supposed’ to do, not stuck having the same stuff everyone else has because you think that’s all there is. You are totally capable of customizing your experience and surroundings so that you really put your own stamp on your life.
So that’s what this space is about. DIY-ing your life to really live it. Not just surviving it, but intentionally creating a unique environment; fulfilling and joyful because it is authentically yours.
